Congressman  David Wu (D-OR 1999-2011) in Tianmen Square in Beijing, China during a recent business trip. He also gave pro bono talks at Tsinghua University and Jilin University, and negotiated the 2015 U.S. China Youth Space Exchange Program with the Chinese Society of Astronautics. He started the program in 2014 after two years of negotiation with CSA.
